Student Parliament Tours of the “New Build”
All 80 members of the Student Parliament were invited to a tour of the building work and refurbishment that is currently taking place at Pentrehafod School. Despite the students having had to occasionally move classes due to the noise made by machinery, and the odd wire and ladder here and there, the impact on teaching and learning has been minimal.
It is fair to say that the Parliament members were amazed at just how “live” the building site is behind the scenes. It is a credit to Morgan Sindall (the contractors) and to Mr Riordan our Deputy Head Teacher, that calmness and order across the school has been maintained to a high standard throughout this period.
